Cherita Wright - Artistic BEing

Born to an American mother and a Bahamian father, Cherita began her global travels at an early age. Not only did she grow up enjoying a sunny and serene life in The Bahamas, she also managed to escape to Europe for several years, where she studied Dutch in The Netherlands. During her various travels, she began to embrace the world of journalism, television & film. Her preparation for these fields started at Spelman College in Atlanta where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree.

Following receipt of her degree, Cherita continued her education and completed her studies for the Master of Arts in International Relations in Los Angeles. It was during the final stages of her graduate studies, and with the encouragement of a mentor well-seasoned in the industry, that she decided to wholeheartedly pursue a career in television. Her first steps included various internships including one at a local television station.

Today, Cherita continues her pursuit of a place in the field that will enable her to become an internationally recognized figure. She has numerous credits to her name and is a current member of the Screen Actors Guild. .
