Hello:  I know nothing about the bahamas outer islands.  Want to visit for about 10 days.  Just want to veg, has to have a great beach, water.  We just cant lay around all day so has to have some biking hiking or something physical.  Any suggestions of islands and places to stay.  which islands are the most friendly, any info would help.  thanks ahead of time
