RELIVEING A NIGHTMARE!!...Hair Washing As A Child..

If not anything..i could remember as a child ..the terrifying moments off...getting my hair washed by my mother........Just comming out the shower...bout 15minutes ago...i had just relived ...what i felt ..was an dramatic experience....i hate reliveing it.. even now at tweenty four.......I hated the fact ...i had very long hair...My mother loved it ..and enjoyed braiding it...whiles me and my brothers would be out back on porch playing jack ass ( a card game )...My father...a dead beat....would say shyte like....'..stop being a sissy..'...or '..you nazty ass nig....., shut the fuk up..'..whiles washing and holding my head back...pouring water over my hair..and soaping.. I felt like i was being drowned...and going to dye at that moment..knowing i couldnt move..because i wasnt strong enough to move....Some would say...how else would you expect to wash a childs hair....Im sure...there are many others...than that horrifing times i went through back then.....But i personlly feel....being that im black...and could say it....we love repeating what we assume is right...because...our moms' or dad..grandfather or grandmothers did in the past....So if it worked fo them...it must work fo us...But did you ask your child...what happened with them during the washing......Right now...this blog ..i quest sounds stupid....expecially...if its the same your doing right now..with yours......Think off your worst experience...or fear....Some ppl hate going in elevators ...or in airplane....Think off it...and relive ...how your body...heart beats increase and breathing.....or worst....holding your head under water.....Now think off a child..feeling that same emotions.....But because...he/she..needs theyre.. hair clean....they being 'stupid'..'sissy'...'nazty'.....From many i spoke with...who shared the same experience i did ...as a child....could still like myself...remembered it clearly also..up to now..as an adult....and hated those moments...and have a little hate..fo those who did it....even though...it was thought to be Cute by the administrator....( Could be why i keep it bold now...lol )...Reliveing A Nightmare!!...
