Tuesday on Goodmans Bay was sweet this evening. One of the perks of living in Nassau is the easy access to a nice spot to chill, watch people, take a dip or cuddle with your sweetie.

All this started with a cell call round 5:30pm, sweetgirl on the other end was like man aye lets check Goodmans Bay I want to start getting back in shape, lets go walk. I too was thinking of getting back into the fitness move. Past couple of weeks the beer suds have started to accumulate round the mid-rifs.

So off we went to the Beach. There was a surprising amount of people there. From families with their kids at the playground there to couples snuggling on the benches and on the sea wall.

We started with a slow walk round the walking path, hand in hand, but for some reason I couldn’t keep my self from checking out the odder “sweet-tings” walking round. She caught me looking a couple times, but I played it off with some off comment like, “that aint the girl who was on 5 cents last night eh” :) I smart hey.

The sky turned dark and ominous, the clouds were really building, but we kept on walking. Even though it threatened, no rain fell, thank goodness because we didn’t have an umbrella or anything.

After couple minutes, we went down by the edge of the water, sat down watching the waves. I must say all in all very enjoyable. It makes me remember why I love this lil piece a Rock where we live!
