I went to Derek's Native Stew Website (*Now Bahamawave*). Well Holy Mackeral. The house was quiet, Mum was putting dinner on the table, the girls were doing homework. The dogs were laying at my feet.

Then that stupid rooster crowed, or whatever the hell that sound is on the Native Stew website. The speakers on my computer were a bit loud. Both dogs jumped up barking. Toby raised the fur on the back of his neck and bared his fangs and growled. Poor Shasta the aged golden retriever howled away.

Mum dropped whatever she was doing and rushed in. She thought that I had a heart attack or something. I hit the back button and it came on again. It set the dogs off again.

Toby is now settled down, but he is standing 4 or 5 feet away just daring the computer to make that sound again, and when it does, he is going to kill it.
