Proposed Redevelopment Update: After a year of architectural and design development, the plan for the redevelopment of Club Land’or was submitted to Nassau Town Planning in March 2008. The government agency has had the plan under review since and, as of October 23, no approval has been granted. However, our architects and engineers are in daily dalogue with Town Planning. At present, normal maintenance and upgrades are continuing on an ongoing basis.
